Farmdesk anchors future with new shareholder structure

Brecht, 02/12/2024 - Farmdesk, a fast-growing scale-up developing innovative tools to have a positive impact on the agricultural sector, today announced a change in its shareholder structure.

The three original co-founders Jef Aernouts, Wim Govaerts and Przemyslaw Klosiewicz, have decided to further shape Farmdesk's future within a new shareholder structure. Jef and Wim will remain actively on board to guide the continued growth and development of the company. In addition to the continued involvement of these two co-founders, dairy producer Royal A-ware has acquired a stake from KWS Saat.

"We are very excited about this new phase in the development of Farmdesk" said Jef Aernouts. "With this new shareholder structure, we can accelerate our ambitions and further develop Farmdesk into the leading solution for carbon footprinting in the agricultural sector, among other things."
